Kingston Hospitals, in collaboration with the Twin Cities Electronic Media Association (TCEMA) and Crime Today News, successfully hosted a significant event at its Masab Tank facility, combining healthcare outreach with a strong social message.
During the event, Dr. Faisal of Kingston Hospitals addressed the media and highlighted the launch of the Privilege Discount Card Program, aimed at supporting media professionals and journalists with affordable healthcare services. He emphasized that the initiative offers 25% discount on select treatments, along with additional benefits, ensuring quality medical care remains accessible to those who serve society through journalism. Dr. Faisal noted that Kingston Hospitals is committed to community welfare and will continue introducing such patient-friendly initiatives.
In a parallel and impactful message, TCEMA Chief Patron R.K. Azad delivered a strong statement on social responsibility, urging citizens—especially the youth—to “Say No to Drugs.” He stressed that drug abuse is a growing concern and called upon media professionals to actively raise awareness and support campaigns that promote a drug-free society. His message resonated with attendees, reinforcing the role of media and community leaders in addressing critical social issues.
The event brought together key dignitaries, healthcare professionals, and media representatives, making it a platform not only for launching healthcare benefits but also for promoting public awareness and social responsibility. The combined efforts of Kingston Hospitals and TCEMA highlighted a dual commitment--ensuring affordable healthcare and advocating for a healthier, drug-free society.
Senior TCEMA member Syed Habeeb Pasha extended heartfelt thanks to Kingston Hospitals, especially Dr. Faisal and Dr. Mahim, for offering 25% discount benefits to journalists and media professionals.
He appreciated the efforts of TCEMA President Shaik Rahmath Ali and Crime Today Director Azam Hussain for making this initiative successful.
